Whitelist Instructions
After you’ve subscribed to the Texas Citizens Coalition (TCC) e-mail list, we want to make sure you get your daily newsletter in the right place, so here are a few tips for ensuring our emails make it to your inbox based upon your email provider
For all providers, be sure to add “[email protected]” to your contact list.
Gmail
To ensure that you receive emails in your inbox, you can add the email address to your contact list. If one of our mails has been moved to the spam folder, you can mark it “Not Spam” to whitelist it.
- Select contacts from the options on the left side of the Gmail Inbox
- Select Create Contact on the top menu
- Enter the email address in the primary email box
- Select Save
Outlook 2013
- In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
- Click Junk > Junk Email Options.
- Select the Safe Senders Tab and click Add.
- In the Add address or domain box, enter the email address or the domain name you want to whitelist.
- Click OK and close the window.
Outlook 2010
- In Outlook, go to the Home tab.
- Click the Junk button.
- Choose “Junk E-Mail Options” from the drop-down list.
- Go to the Safe Senders tab.
- Type in either the email address or the domain name you wish to add.
- Click OK.
Outlook 2003 & 2007
- Open your newsletter
- Select, Add the Domain @texascitizenscoalition.org to Safe Senders List
or - Right-click on the newsletter (in the list of emails).
- Click Junk E-mail.
- Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.
Android devices
- Open your newsletter
- Tap Add to Contacts
- Select OK
iOS devices
- Open your newsletter
- Tap the email address (TCC) in From field
- Tap Create New Contact
Apple Mail
- Open the email
- Ctrl-click the TCC email address and select “Open in Address Book”
- Verify the contact details
- Click Save
